Northern Star Quilted Shawl Pattern by Ana Galan (PDF ONLY)

The Northern Star Shawl stands out with its unique shape—an irregular pentagon rather than the typical triangle. The star design is created with 60-degree diamonds, forming a hexagon at the center, which led me to get creative with the shape! This pattern is perfect for a two-color shawl; imagine using contrasting colors to make the star really pop. Whether you choose a classic combo like navy and white or go bold with red and gold, this shawl is sure to make a statement.

The finished shawl measures 74" wide by 43" tall, fitting most adults. Instructions for making it larger and for creating a quilt instead of a shawl are included.
